Assortment

We offer a fully optimized product range which consists of  the fastest moving branded consumer goods on the convenience market. Currently there are 2000 skus  including alcohol, impulse products, tobacco, grocery/food (sweets), personal care and home care products, as well as Bistrot items. Each client has its own assortment list , which is constantly updated and  completed according to clients needs and requirements. Control of service level is done with specific reference to the dedicated product range of each client.

EDI-electronic data interchange, paper document interchange to electronic equivalents is used whenever possible. Order-taking by fax is replaced by indirect data flow between SAP and our clients systems. This solution gives cost and time savings and lowers number of mistakes.

SAP R/3- We use SAP R/3 as our operational system. This advanced IT tool  manages all internal processes by using separate modules.
